John Anthony Ammirato, 37, of Wyckoff, originally of Bayonne, died May 9. Adoring father of Jack, beloved husband of Jennifer McDermott Ammirato. Devoted son of Anthony and Denise Ammirato, dear grandson of John Panico. Loving brother of Toni and Adam Kamm, Shannon and Brian Roper, and Kyle McDermott. Cherished uncle to Jacklyn, McKenna, Zachary, Carly and Emily. Lawyer, lover of science, Star Wars, great food and most of all his family and friends, especially his red-headed Jack. Visitation Monday, May 13, 2013 from 2-4, and 7-9 pm. Funeral Tuesday 10 am, at Oakland Memorial Home, 330 Ramapo Valley Road Oakland, NJ. Burial Christ the King Cemetery Franklin Lakes, NJ.
