Mrs.Helen Otto was my Landlady for 5-years at "Otto's Floral Manor" She,and her late husband (May he R.I.P.) were great people, and great friends to me and my family. We remained friends over the years. She shall certainly be missed by all who knew her.May she Rest In Peace.
