I flew in the 335th MAS with Vinnie for many years. He was one of my favorite pilots to work with. I have many fond memories of him. May God bless Vinnie and his family.

I flew as one of Vinnie's flight engineers for years in the 335th MAS and we both worked together at CAL. He was my favorite pilot to fly with. He used to cook the entire crew a complete Italian dinner during longer flights using hot plates that he brought. He also brought a red & white checkered table cloth to set up on the navigator's table. I always seem to mention Vinnie's name while giving tours of the C-141 at the AMC Museum in Dover, DE. I show guests the oven on the 141 and then tell the story of how he'd always cook us a Italian dinner in flight using his own hot plates.
Another thing I'll never forget about Vinnie is he Father Guido act. He'd play Father Guido perfectly and was always on point and apropos and up to the minute on squadron happenings.
Thanks for all the good times and good meals!!!

Vinnie, I recall my memories of our family dinners at your house with all our families together. Playing at the farm across the street.
What a fulfilled life. Your service for our country, becoming a pilot and traveling to different places, raising beautiful daughters.
You will be missed!!! Soar high dear cousin!

Vinnie was funny and bossy as a kid. He loved to put on shows with us (his cousins). He was the writer, the director, and the announcer. He was a special part of my childhood, and was always smiling. He loved to cook, and made the best eggplant parm., and had the best barbecue parties. There are no words to say about the loss that is felt by his passing. Rest in peace dear cousin.
