Lechniak, Helen (nee Magier) age 89 of Oakland, NJ passed away on April 1, 2012. Beloved wife, mother and grandmother. Loving wife of Anthony Lechniak. Devoted mother of Joan Megin and Tina Keller. Caring sister of Felicia Brown. Cherished grandmother of James, Emily and Dana Megin. Caring and appreciative friend to many. Member of the Oakland Seniors. Relatives and friends may visit the Oakland Memorial Funeral Home, 330 Ramapo Valley Road on Saturday April 7, 2012 from 1-5 PM. Funeral Liturgy on Monday April 9, 2012 at 9:30 AM at Our Lady of Perpetual Help R.C Church, 117 Franklin Avenue, Oakland, NJ. Burial at St. Mary’s RC Cemetery, Marion Heights, PA. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Oakland First Aid Squad.
