Dear Carmen & Family,
I was so very sorry to hear of Bill’s passing. My Dad, Carl Leckburg, worked with Bill at PSE&G for many years together. Bill was always such a kind friend who my Dad spoke highly of, and I was happy to meet him on several occasions. I recall such fun stories with precious laughter shared. On this Memorial Day a big thank you to Bill for his service in the Army in Germany during the Vietnam War and for all of his service to the local community in retirement! Such a great person… he will be missed. My deepest condolences to all of the family.
