Please share a memory of Paul to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

Paul Marcazo, 63, of Oakland, NJ, peacefully passed away on February 18, 2024.

Paul was born in New Milford, NJ to Anna and Carl. Paul had a strong interest in engines from the start and landed his first job as a Master Machinist which kick-started his career. When Paul wasn’t working, he was a passionate drummer and Grateful Dead enthusiast.

In 1977, Paul met his wife, Margaret, and went on to have three beautiful children. Paul was a loving, extremely silly, and supportive father, spending a lot of his free time coaching their youth sports teams, leading to his induction into the Oakland Recreation Hall of Fame in 2018. He enjoyed spending time with his loving wife and children, watching his grandchildren play sports, and playing in the church band.

Paul was predeceased by his father Carl and leaves behind his wife Margaret of 42 years, son Eric and his wife Amanda, daughter Laura and her husband Christopher, son Matthew and his girlfriend Taylor, along with three beautiful Grandchildren Josiah, Braydon, and Josephine—as well as his Mother Anna and his three siblings Robert, John, and Diane

In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes can be made in the form of charitable donations to Project Periwinkle.
