Connie and I were best buddies from the moment we met at Pope Pius the 12th H.S..We did everything together. She was the most fun to hang out with. We became blood sisters one night, we celebrated by drinking wine. We would go ice skating after basketball games and go "down the shore" for the day in her Mom's new car on warm days during the summer. I ate many dinners, cooked by her Dad, who made me eat everything on my plate. Lil and Elaine can attest to that. We followed the Garfield Cadets marching band and went dancing on Friday nights at Pope Pius the Twelfth H.S. and Saturday's at the Polish People's Home. Janet Weigh made it a trio and a few other friends became the BTBs. Cheerleading was always a priority for all and Connie was Captain. I could write pages describing all the fun we had. In later years, when she retired, she and my husband, who turns 90 today, shared texts that many of her teacher friends had a lot of fun sending to their good friends. We enjoyed getting and reading them, it always brightened our day. We did get to one of our class reunions and saw some "old" classmates. Yes, that includes you Bob Sipos. I will try to find a picture of Connie, Janet Weigh and me at one of the reunions. Maybe Janet can find it. It was the best of times that I will never forget. Aloha, Adios, Happy Trails until we meet again and reminisce old times. Hugs to Cary, Lillian and Elaine, I share your sorrow. I know her 100 plus chickens will miss her calling them each by their names. And hugs to her best friend down the road who came with her to the reunion and kept my husband company. Thanks Connie for a most memorable friendship.

I remember Mrs. Plezinsky very well. Her family only lived one block away from me. I was good friends with her daughter and I remember in sixth grade. Traveling with them to Hawaii which was a dream of a vacation. I'm so sorry to hear of her passing Donna Lotosky Bryson

I wish I could see you one more time walking through the door, but I know that is impossible. I will hear your voice no more. I know you can feel my tears and you don't want me to cry yet my heart is broken because I can't understand why someone precious, my mother and best friend had to die.
For all the times I forgot to thank you for the special and little things you did for me, I need to say I LOVE YOU!
