I grew up across the street from Gary on Pawnee Ave and have many childhood memories of crazy toboggan rides down the hill behind his house. He found me on social media recently and I was grateful to have that time to see how much he loved his family. May God hold and keep your family in his hands through this heartbreaking time. Thoughts and prayers to Gary's family from the Perrier family. Our parents and his parents were best of friends; we grew up almost like cousins. We are all saddened.
Gary and I became friends many years ago. He was the kindest and most caring friend anyone could have. Gary always put a smile on everyone's face . He was always there to help if anyone needed it . His love for Danielle and Demi was like no other . He was so proud of them. I am grateful that our families got to spend a night on the boardwalk together. Our deepest sympathies during this tragic loss. May God comfort you and give you the strength you need. Danielle and Demi remember you are loved by many and always will be .
Gary was a School mate and I haven’t seen him in a while. But he was always a very sweet person. May God Bless Demi and Danielle - May they ALWAYS feel his amazing spirit surrounding them and his amazing Love for them. Gary you have touched so many lives. Thank you for your service as a volunteer and a police officer. You will truly be missed.
I had the honor of knowing Gary in High School many years ago and then again through social media. He always had a smile and a laugh and he will be missed dearly.

There are sooo many funny stories that the five of us shared that to pick just one will be difficult! Gary as goofy as you were I loved how you always made me laugh! Your unique sense of humor is just so amazing! Always smiling and helping everyone no matter how big or small of an issue. God has gained a True Angel with you!
