Just saw this sad news, wishing we saw sooner so we could have said a proper goodbye to Joe. We will always have a place in our hearts for Joe. Always will we remember his devotion to his family especially what we witnessed during the wrestling years and all the help Joe was to helping us various things throughout the years especially the weekly newsletter. Prayers to Allison, Trevor and Baylee, you hold all the memories close to your heart. RIP Joe.

Trevor and Baylee, words can’t express this emptiness. Uncle Joe. Bayl, remember our mountain biking excursion? He always called me, “K”. I remember swimming in Grandma’s pool when we were younger, looking at that regrettable heart and arrow tattoo. Anyone remember the mysterious smell in the entryway at Grandmas that one of many holiday gatherings?... A picture frame was identified crooked the following morning... Turns out Inge was making Irish coffees the night before for Joe and company... Baylee, I remember LBI, your dad warning you about eating sweets all of the time... “you’ll be blimp”, and you sulked. I remember when I returned from Florence after a semester abroad, Joe asked so many questions, so inquisitive and interested. So much love Joe, my dear uncle, so sweet, always loving ... my dad’s youngest brother. So much love... always, “K”.
