There are certain people who pass through our lives that make an indelible impression. Ginny page was one of those!
That mark is imprinted my memory bank forever. It started in the 1970s and continued until the early 2000. Nearly 30 years. It began with what her obituary referred to as “bridge”.
Ginny and a few others formed a duplicate husband/wife 12 person bridge group. We met monthly for that whole time. In 1978, this bridge group added an annual 3 day trip to the first Atlantic City casino to open there. From then on that group became known as T.O.B.A.C.O (The Oakland Bridge Atlantic City Organization).
This little group became a clique. We did everything together....weddings, birthdays, holidays, travels and yes even funerals.
Then in the late 1990s the group began to split up. This was mainly due to retirement/moving and yes even funerals. But Ginny and Charlie stayed behind in Oakland. The only ones that did. And now our founder as left too to be with her maker.
So many memories. So much fun. I was fortunate to be part of it. Thank you Ginny.

Mrs. Page, if one can have two moms, you would have been my second. You offered your home to me when I needed a place to live and I will never forget this.
I will miss our many conversations sitting and eating at your kitchen table. You gave me some great advice. I will miss your great laughter and your wonderful sense of humor. Thank you for being a really good friend to me!
You will be surely missed by everyone and especially your children grandchildren and most of all by your wonderful husband of so many years.
May God watch over you as you enter into eternal life! RIP Mrs Page and Godspeed!

Charlie and family -- it is with great sadness that we learned of ginny's passing -- what wonderful memories we have of our few get togethers at Atlantic City -- and bumping into Charlie and ginny at mt airy - of course she always had on her "gambling outfit"
Helen especially remembers our times at Ramapo College -- our many lunches (which had dwindled recently) we compared our latter hip replacement stories - and shared family stories --and "gambling" stories which only "us" gamblers would appreciate!!!!
She was a fine woman - I will treasure my memories of our times spent together -- we met walking up the hill to Ramapo after one labor day and I told her that she should not wear white after labor day and so began a really nice friendship -- I will miss her
Prayers and sincere condolences to the entire family
love Dick and Helen

Ginny Page was a fine person who served Ramapo well for so many years. She really cared about students, staff, and faculty. I enjoyed her friendly, helpful personality at the college or when I ran into her in Oakland. I am saddened at her loss. She made my world a better place.
