Their adventures together took them from Long Island to Southfield, MI, Oakland, NJ, and Ocean Pines, MD, and finally to Doylestown PA. Ann touched the lives of many people, from coaching girl's sports long before Title IX, to adopting those who needed someone by visiting nursing homes and distributing communion. Ann was a independent soul, fan of Don Quixote, champion of the under-represented and underserved, and lived her life to the Kennedy quote "For of those to whom much is given, much is required". She co-founded the Democratic Women's Club of Berlin, MD. She was passionate about her faith, ultimately finding her spiritual home for many years at St. Mary's Parish in Pompton Lakes NJ. Ann will be greatly missed, and lives on in those whose hearts she has touched. Visitation will be from 7 - 9 pm on January 8 at the Oakland Memorial Home at 330 Ramapo Valley Rd, Oakland, NJ. A mass celebrating Ann's life will be held at St. Mary's Church, 17 Pompton Ave, Pompton Lakes, NJ at 9.30 AM on Saturday, January 9.
