Doug and family,
I am so sorry to hear about Holly's passing, I know how you must feel. Please accept my sincere condolences. Holly was a terrific person/personality and I know she will be missed. She was always fun to be around and I was always impressed on how she handled all the struggles with the lung transplants and the ups and downs with all that. She and Pam have most likely already gotten together and are talking up a storm. If there was a quiet time in Heaven, I'm not sure about now.
Stay strong, stay close to family and friends, and seek strength from the Lord, it helps.
Sincerely,
Dan

Fran and I are sorry to hear about Holly. We last saw you and Holly on Dec 28, 2012. That was shortly after my 50th college reunion; a time when I reflected on all the people who had been important to me from my youth. I’m happy and pleased that we’ve never lost contact with each other. We sent Christmas cards regularly and I always enjoyed our infrequent visits, mostly in West Milford.
During the years immediately before and after my 50th college reunion I’ve discovered it’s extremely difficult to reestablish contact with past friends with whom I’ve lost contact. I believe there is a special bond with those we’ve known over a long period of our lives. For the rest of my life I will be grateful for my relationship with the Jones family (especially with Lil and Holly). Fran and I will be unable to be with you this Sunday in New Jersey. Our daughter, Heather, and our three grand children are visiting from Virginia until Monday the 21st. We will be with you in spirit.

So sorry to hear of your loss, Doug. I remember Holly from our days at Hackensack High School. She was the pretty Head Majorette. She was a great friend. May you and your family find peace and comfort knowing that Holly is in the warm embrace of the Lord.
