Ulshafer, Gail Edith (nee Marmion) of Oakland, NJ age 72 Passed away Wednesday , February 26, 2014 at the Valley Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. Gail was born in Brooklyn, NY on April 12, 1941, the only child of Theodore and Grace Marmion. She moved to Oakland 45 years ago and raised her three children with her husband of 25 years, Robert Ulshafer Sr. Gail worked for the Oakland Police Department as a School Crossing Guard for 30 years until her retirement. Gail leaves behind her three children Robert William Ulshafer Jr. and his wife Janice, George Theodore Ulshafer and Debora Ruth (Ulshafer) Hook and her husband Warren Hook. Gail was the beloved grandmother of Alyssa Hook, Cody Hook and Zachary Ulshafer. Gail is also survived by her brother and Sister in Law, Bruce and RuthAnn Baker and her niece Jennifer Lupinetti and nephews David, Mark and Robert Baker. Friends and family may visit at the Oakland Memorial Home 330 Ramapo Valley Road (Rt. 202) Oakland, NJ on Wednesday March 5th 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9PM. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday March 6th 2014 at 10 AM at the Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Ponds Reformed Church Cemetery.
